Many customers tell us their Ailunce HD1 keep getting the error of No Contacts by email. Do you encounter the problem? Why do you get the error of No Contacts? there are two key points to pay attention to for you.
Add priority contacts
You can add or delete the single contact directly here. please pay more attention to the Call Type and Call ID items.
Add address book contacts
If you want to import the contact list directly, please download it from Ailunce official web as below.
https://www.ailunce.com/ResourceCenter#DigitalContacts
Then Import Contacts=>Write Contacts. when it's OK, the contacts will show as below.
It's very important key point to select contacts in channel. You can select priority contacts or address book contacts as below. Of course, if you have RX group list you can select it, too.
Attention:
The Contacts item must be select, otherwise the radio will show the error of No Contacts even if you import the contact list and add the receiving group list.
Tom
Hello! How can I talk encrypted between one Ailunce HD1 and two RT40s? I set up normal encryption with the same 4-digit code on all three radios for the channel with the same RX/TX frequency (446.00625). When I do a group call from one or the other RT40, the other RT40 indicates the call, as well as the HD1, the latter by green light. However, I can only hear what is said on one or the other RT40; I do not hear anything on the HD1. Vice versa, when I talk on the HD1, both RT40s indicate the all but nothing can be heard on them. Only when I disable encryption on the channel for the RT40s and the HD1, voice transmission between these two different radio types works. Does this mean that normal (4-digit) encryption is not compatible between HD1 and RT40? Or could there be other reasons? Thanks for your help! Kind regards, Tom
