There are ANT and ANT1 two ports for the new version of Ailunce HS2. Do you know why and how to work?
The ANT is M type port, and the ANT1 is the SMA port. Both of their output impedance is 50ohm.
When you don't have the optional DMR module, you must install the antenna via the M-type port. because now the ANT1 is invalid.
When you have the optional DMR module, you can install the UHF/VHF antenna via the ANT1. Then when your radio is in the DMR or DFM mode, the sending and receiving signals will work via ANT1. But if HS2 works in the SSB, even if the frequency is in the UHF/VHF, the sending and receiving signals will work via the M-type ANT. Of course, if you need to receive or transmit in the HF band, you must use the M-type port.
