Some people say HD1 as a dual-band radio, does it support cross-band transmits and receives. Yes, it supports, but I need to say that it only supports cross-band transmits and receives, not supports cross-band repeater function.
Ailunce HD1 is a dual-band DMR radio. It supports cross-band transmits and receives. Transmit in VHF and receive in UHF or transmit in UHF and receive in VHF. You can set it via the HD1 software, don't support set the cross-band transmit and receives on the radio keypad.
Here I will make an example.
E.g. RX 145.2375MHz, TX 436.2375MHz,offset: 291MHz
Radio 1: channel one: RX 145.2375MHz, TX 436.2375MHz, mode: digital mode, Name: test 1
channel two: RX 145.2375MHz, TX 436.2375MHz, mode: analog mode, Name: test 2
Radio 2: channel three: RX 436.2375MHz, TX 145.2375MHz, mode: digital mode, Name: test 3
channel four: RX 436.2375MHz, TX 145.2375MHz, mode: analog mode, Name: test 4
After done, you can try to talk between test 1 and test 3, test 2 and test 4 by radio.
