After you receive your products, Ailunce offer 24 months radio repair for free.

However, radio accessories enjoy 6 months repair warranty, except earpieces enjoy

3 months warranty,from the date of the first customer’s receipt. Beyond the warranty

period: We still offer maintain service. buyers are required to afford corresponding cost.

Who is Covered?

This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser. and is not transferable.

Also please offer your order ID and your complete Recipient's Name (this is essential),

when contact us for warranty.

Return Policy

1. In case of Buyer's Remorse(not product fault),within one week after product received, after confirmation by Ailunce, you can

return it for a partial refund. Buyers are required to afford round-trip freight, and 15%

restocking fee will be deducted also. Refund will be done after we received the package and

checked everything not effect the second sale.

2. In case of product fault, please provide photos & videos showing the defect(s) of the

product clearly. After confirmation by Ailunce, you can return it for a replacement of new

product or full refund, buyers are required to afford the return shipping fee, Ailunce afford

the reship shipping fee. Refund or reship new products will be done after we received the full

original package, and no product damaged by any man-made factors.
